If you do not wish for your personal data to be used for these additional purposes, you must express your contrary will at the time of your registration. This will not be a reason or condition for resolving the procedure or service being requested.

Grounds for the processing of personal data.

Medrano Nivelaciones will process the personal data collected through the system based on the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Your personal data will not be transferred, disclosed, or distributed, except as indicated in Article 22 of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Parties (Ley General de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Sujetos Obligados) or in the event that there is your express written consent or by a similar authentication method.
